Pre-loved blue skirt by Melvin Brussels. Bright blue retro-style skirt with pleats. High-waisted with A-line silhouette. Blue zipper closure down the back. Skirt has build in lining so no slip is needed.

Condition: Good pre-loved condition. There is some light pilling, a light stain on the front below the waist, minor pulling at the seams at the top of the pleats, and minor pulling in the pleats. See photo 4.
